A deposit equal to one-quarter of your total estimated bill is required to reserve dates; this deposit is not refundable but is fully transferrable to different available dates.

First of all, there's me (top), your host and editor, if you have the need; Miniatura (left, and commonly known as "Mini"), director of exploratory gastronomy; and Maximilliano (right, and known in the neighborhood as "Maxi"), director of announcements and fertilization. We're a happy bunch and quite the team!

The Orlando-Mulford Retreat is

set in a quiet, safe 1950s-era neighborhood on the north side of Orlando, adjoining Winter Park and adjacent to Baldwin Park.

The room is available for resting and avoiding the hassles of home and work, exploring Central Florida, or creating or refining your fiction masterpiece or nonfiction project. 

Amenities include a separate entry, on-site parking, wireless Internet access, gardens and outdoor seating areas, and kitchen and laundry privileges (currently shared in the main house). We are also proud to stock unsweetened ice tea in responsible quantities, as our beverage of choice.

 If you are flying into town,
don't worry about disguising or having to smuggle in illegal toiletries!  We stock general hotel-type supplies for you—nothing fancy, but convenient and safe.

    soaps and shampoos
    hair/styling gel and blow-dryer
    toothpaste and mouthwash
    shaving needs and hand lotions

We'll even shop for our long-term guests and have special needs and requests awaiting your arrival—usually at no extra charge!

We have special opportunities for writers.

We are centrally located to downtown Orlando and Winter Park;

We have easy access to many northern I-4 communities, including Longwood, Altamonte Springs, and Lake Mary-Heathrow; and

We are convenient to the University of Central Florida, Rollins College, and Full Sail: School of Entertainment Media.

Avoid the "tourist corridor" and see the  real  Orlando area!
